votekicking for obnoxious afks

so i was playing on achievement engineer (i know its an idle server just hear me out)
and there were heavies just spinning around firing, and then after a minute, they killbind, so they can't even be put in a room
it really ruined the experience for me and other players.
i'd love for this to be implemented!

I talked with the owner about it (forgive me for the late response, I have a forgetful mind and juggle alot of things at once) and these players are relatively harmless in the grand scheme of things. They may take up some player slots for legitimate players so, if it becomes a true problem we might do something about it.
