Some great news, I just figured out was a registry issue because of VMware. I recently installed VMware but then later deleted it and found out all of my VPNs stopped working. I searched up if VMware did this, and yes, it was. I am now able to connect to it again. You may close this thread now.

I've tried that, and it seems still not to be working, I'm not sure what's causing me unable to connect for some reason. If you want video proof of me not able to connect, I can record one for you to see.
