Can't connect to the European Achivement Engineer Server

The Problem:
I can't connect to LOOS EU | Achivement Engineer, gives me a retry failed after 4 attempts or lost connection to server. The last time I was able to connect was Oct 26, 2025. And just to confirm, is my account not blocked/banned from this server?

I can join other community servers, so this is not a internet connection issue, but may be a host issue. I was able to connect to LOOS US | Trade Plaza, LOOS EU | Trade Plaza, LOOS EU | Minecraft Realms, you get the deal.

Hopefully this can get fixed ASAP. This is the community server I mostly play on.

I have recently updated the map to fix two exploits that were being abused, so make sure you have this file in tf/maps directory.

I've tried that, and it seems still not to be working, I'm not sure what's causing me unable to connect for some reason. If you want video proof of me not able to connect, I can record one for you to see.

I can't really assist, I have no issues connecting on my end to that server, so it's something with your TF2 client.

Make sure you're using this IP: 5.196.29.250:27015, if that doesn't work then I can't assist further unfortunately.

Some great news, I just figured out was a registry issue because of VMware. I recently installed VMware but then later deleted it and found out all of my VPNs stopped working.

I searched up if VMware did this, and yes, it was. I am now able to connect to it again. You may close this thread now.
